With machines roaring and assembly lines shuttling, boxes of baby carriages printed with "Made in China" are neatly stacked at the end of the workshop, ready to be shipped to all corners of the globe. Stepping into the production site of Shandong Qiyue Group, the fully operational production lines and busy figures rushing to fulfill orders paint a picture of the enterprising attitude of Linqu enterprises, seizing opportunities and running at full speed.
As the largest baby carriage manufacturing enterprise in Jiangbei, Qiyue Group has been deeply involved in the baby carriage industry for over 40 years, with an annual output of 3 million baby carriages of various types. Over 95% of its products are exported overseas. In the US imported baby carriage market, one out of every 10 baby carriages is produced here.
"The Mini electric vehicles currently being rushed out of the workshop will be shipped to the United States. This product has gone through four generations of iterations and has consistently ranked as the top seller among similar products at Wal Mart. The orders have already been booked until September," said Sun Zhaoxia, the chairman of the supervisory board of Shandong Qiyue Group Co., Ltd.
The enterprise adheres to regarding R&D investment as the "secret weapon" for long-term development, allocating 10% of its annual revenue to product innovation. Its products span multiple categories such as daily use and healthcare, and are exported to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, with sales increasing by over 10% year-on-year.
The baby carriage sets sail to the sea, and prefabricated construction likewise breaks new ground. Shandong Huahui Prefabricated Construction Co., Ltd.'s products, such as containerized units and lightweight steel integrated houses, are widely suitable for overseas engineering projects and diverse application scenarios, thanks to their advantages of convenient transportation, rapid installation, and strong adaptability.
"Our products have been exported to more than 20 countries and regions in the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, South America, and other regions, and our foreign trade business has maintained a steady growth of over 20% annually," said Peng Fei, the company manager.

The positive driving effect of exports on economic growth continues to be prominent."
Benefits are derived from digitalization, and competitiveness is enhanced through intelligence. The smart manufacturing transformation of traditional industries is injecting new momentum into Linqu's industrial development. In the smart manufacturing workshop of the first branch of Shandong Huajian Aluminum Group, the intelligent production line operates at full speed, and intelligent logistics equipment automatically transfers materials. The mold intelligent three-dimensional warehouse facilitates unmanned storage and retrieval, with precise scheduling. Despite having a large workshop with few personnel on duty, it operates efficiently and orderly.
As a core demonstration project of the high-end aluminum processing industrial park, this branch factory is equipped with 32 automated production lines, achieving intelligent connection throughout the entire process from raw material entry, extrusion processing to finished product delivery. Previously, the industrial Internet and production large model integration application project jointly applied by the enterprise was successfully selected as a leading project for digital transformation in Shandong's manufacturing industry.
"After being empowered by digitalization, the production efficiency of enterprises has increased by over 20%, labor costs have been reduced by over 25%, and high-end specialty aluminum materials have been widely applied in high-end fields such as rail transit and lightweight automobiles," said Zhang Haoran, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shandong Huajian Aluminum Group.
The micro-scenes of enterprises breaking through adversity and workshops undergoing intelligent upgrades, together paint a magnificent picture of high-quality development for the industries in Linqu.
In recent years, Linqu has systematically promoted industrial renewal and upgrading with the main focus on "attracting projects, serving enterprises, and optimizing the environment". It has cultivated five hundred-billion-yuan and ten-billion-yuan industrial clusters in high-end aluminum processing, new materials, and high-end food. It has won the first prize in the city's high-quality development assessment for five consecutive years, and its development potential continues to accumulate. Currently, the total number of characteristic enterprises such as "specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" and single champions in the county reaches 278, and there are 89 research and development platforms at or above the provincial level. Technological transformation investment maintains rapid growth, and the innovative "key variable" is accelerating its transformation into the "maximum increment" of industrial upgrading.
To help enterprises open up broader market space, the local government established the Enterprise Going Global Association, and regularly implemented the "Thousands of Enterprises, Hundreds of Exhibitions" market expansion plan. Over the past year, the association organized enterprises to participate in more than 100 exhibitions both domestically and abroad, cultivated 25 new foreign trade entities, and achieved a total import and export volume of 9.3 billion yuan. From baby carriages and building materials to high-end aluminum products, more and more "Made in Linqu" products have gained a foothold in the global market.
Enterprises take the lead, while the government provides support and guarantees. Linqu has always adhered to the concept of "caring for the business environment like caring for one's own eyes, and treating entrepreneurs like treating one's own relatives." Through a series of enterprise assistance activities such as "visiting enterprises and holding closed-door talks," "seeking orders," and "organizing home games," a total of 6.58 billion yuan of orders have been reached, and 120 million yuan of subsidies for enterprises have been implemented.
